Support services are tailored to each individual's needs and may include assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care, meal preparation, medication management, housekeeping, and transportation.

Support Employment

Assists clients reach their goals of working in integrated workplaces for pay; services include career planning, support at a work site, and job coaching
